Light pear esters in aroma and flavor, with a hint of banana to add depth. Malt is fairly crackery, pilsner-like, and the finish is lightly bitter and crisp.

Had on tap. Very light, almost like a belgian single instead of a dubbel. Very light golden brown body with a white cap. Smell has the belgian fruit esters and yeast, perhaps a little golden malt too. Taste is watery compared to smell, fruit and yeast lose intensity, just all kind of muddled. The body though is not watery, rather it is crisp and light, the best part of the ale.
