Spicy rye, floral hops, fresh cut grass, and a touch of citrus form the aroma. Flavor reveals rye dominance, finishing fairly spicy and bitter, with undertones of grapefruit and grass. The toasted malt backbone stands up nicely, but a little too bitter for me.

Had this on 2014-09-20 at the brewery.
A - Pretty clear ruby-brown with a short off-white head and little lace.
S - Some rye malt and a light spice.
T - Rye bread, with a light dab of orange marmalade. Pepper. Fairly bitter.
M - Light-medium body and medium carbonation. A little prickly.
O - I like it.
