Another installment in our single hop pale ale series, we featured Delta hops this time. Delta is a cascade and Fuggle hybrid with spicy and floral notes with hints of citrus and mild melon. Dry hopped with 1 lb. per barrel.

On nitro tap at the brewery taproom.
Pours very clear with an amber with a decent head and excellent lacing.
Aroma: mild, fruity and a bit floral.
Flavor: mild+ bitterness but with a hit of bitter grapefruit peel in the finish. Surprising complexity for a single hop ale. True to brewer's description. Stronger flavor than the aroma suggests.
Smooth, near medium body with good carbonation.
Overall: a tasty and distinctive APA.

Had on tap. Amber brown body, clean pour with some lacing. Very simple aromas and not potent either: flowers, citrus zest, and pale malt. Taste get a touch of hop bitterness added in to spice things up, but still pretty mild. Tastes and feel more like an english pale than an american, dry and bitter textures rule
