Hidden away for centuries. Lost and forgotten in the troves of yesteryear. Green Man's new-world take on an old-world style is kettle soured and features Pilsner and Wheat malts. The tart and crisp flavors complement our ever changing combinations of fruits and spices. This beer pushes the boundaries of our imaginations and we're The Weisser for it.

Green Man The Weisser with Blood Orange and Cranberries
On tap at the new brewery (which is amazing)
Pours a beautiful ruby red with a white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a few patches of lacing. Aroma is fruity
, a bit funky, lots of wheat. A kind of strange character on the aroma that I can't place. Taste is very good. Nice tartness, good amount of fruit. Orange and cranberry are noticeable and are nice. Very tasty beer. Medium body, carbonation higher which is appropriate for the style, drinkability is good. Excellent beer.
