2017 release. This nails everything I could want in an old ale. Fig, malty oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins, a dash of floral hops, and just enough acidic sharpness to remind me it's an old ale, but not an old old ale. Little oxidation. As it approaches room temperature, some leather and tobacco emerges to really smooth out the sweetness. Really fantastic, and one I will look for again.

I'll add to the very high marks for this one. Got a bottle from Brusin' Ales. When they let me have a taste, I immediately bought another one, despite the $20 price per 750ml bottle. Probably should have filled the entire case with this, but I came in for something else.
Pours very think, and almost syrupy without a lot of head. Hard to nail down all the flavors, but it has a lot of flavor and aroma. Has a deep, carmalized maltiness along with some yeast flavors, wood flavors, and hops that seem to balance things perfectly. They really nailed this one. Get it if you can find it.
A very strong and wonderful beer. My opinion of Green Man is rising rapidly (their ESB was also very good).
