found my tasting notes for a few of these and since i cant drink for a while, might as well get some of them entered. served cold and poured into a pint glass.
a rather light colored glass comes before me with a billowing head of white that quickly fades and keeps just the faintest layer of aroma on the sides. clean aroma of bready notes, lots of grains, hints of some decent herbal notes as well. as it warms i start taking sips. lots of grain here and it comes off a bit one sided but it did have a small hop finish that seemed to go over nicely.
overall a decent beer, i have had better from them, but certainly decent.

Poured a clear bright clear straw color with nice flluffy white head, nice floral aromas over top of lightly toasted grain with a hint of mineral.Very clean tasting pils, grainy mouth feel lightly toasted a little more malt tilted in character a light peppery hop note in the finish. This would be a nice light food friendly beer it has subtle qualities and is very easy to drink.
