The beer arrived on the bar clear amber golden with a low long lasting white head which laced the glass.
The aroma contained an earthy hop presence in the front. Behind that was a nice caramel malt aroma which was lightly estery and had a mineral component as well. The aroma was also slightly grassy.
The flavor was malty with a strong caramel malt and mineral water profile coupled with an earthy and estery flavor. The bittering and malt were well balanced but not overly complex.
The finish was dry with a lasting earthy and grassy jop character that lasted into the aftertaste. The body was medium with a fairly low carbonation. A nice ESB but not overly complex.
Pint at Dirty Jack's.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
