8oz draft at the mansion location. The beer pours bright ruby & amber in color with very light khaki head. The aroma is mild with sweeter toasted malt notes. The taste is semisweet burnt sugar caramel with a little bit of rye spice. Minimal bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, good.
