reviewed from notes on one of my trips through asheville, i spent the better part of the day sampling green man ales throughout; served straight from the tap into a pint glass.
the pour was a nice medium amber color with a nice head of white that capped the top rather nicely. light herbal nose with hints of earthy hops, and a touch of light grain. very clean and light flavor really went down quite nicely and the clean smooth feel was just enough bitter to make me go back for more.
overall another solid offering from greenman!

A-Clear, vibrant copper with a thin off-white head that leaves nice ringing lace.
S-Mild nuttiness and a touch of sweet biscuit malt.
T-Light caramel with a touch of nuttiness and a bit of toffee. Building dry finish.
M-Medium-light quite smooth with nice lingering flavour of astringent tannic acid.
D-Easy, smooth and nothing crazy here but a solid, drinkable and enjoyable session brew. A nice one to enjoy while sitting at the pub on a Sunday afternoon sharing the time with friends and music.
