Served from cask into a Black & Blue III shaker. Poured a massively dark brown with a half finger khaki colored head that subsided to a minimal amount slowly. Maintained nice lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, roasted malt, dark chocolate, vanilla, and coffee. The flavor was of sweet malt, roasted malt, toffee, coffee, vanilla, and subtle dark chocolate. It had a medium feel on the palate with medium carbonation. Overall this was a pretty good brew. This was honestly my favorite brew of the night. The flavor and aroma on this one were just so well balanced that it was impossible to ignore. This made the brew really enjoyable and easy to drink and kept me going back quite a few times to get my fill. Definitely glad I got the opportunity to try this one and hope Green Man does this in the future and bottles it. Tick.
