Pours a translucent golden yellow with a finger of airy foam. Aroma is light with dry, crackery maltiness and a touch of sweet, citrus zest. Faint bitter hops becomes apparent on the tongue and the thin texture lets some lemony citrus shine through while still allowing the pilsner malt to showcase. It's not a terribly complex beer, but the citrus zestiness and touch of hops really do make this rendition pleasurable for a style that is intended to be lackluster.
