330ml into tulip
L - dark brown, clear, pours an offwhite head
S - rust, cognac, earthy yeast, doughy sweet malt, vinegar - there is a lot here!
t- cherries, balsamic vinegar, bitterness up front. The back end isroasted bready malts with funky yeast, bit like vegemite on toast. lingering aftertase
F - chewy texture, low carbonation, full bodied, ABV well hidden
O - i really enjoyed this - maybe it was because I love vegemite so much, but the wild yeasts and generous amount of malt combined to make this a yummy beer.

Pours vibrantly clear brown with a large off-white head.
Nos shows soft funk, lots of rich caramel, fudge and raisins.
Sweet flavours too, more caramel, some prune notes and a very soft acidity with a bit of funk.
