BEER REVIEW #100!!!!!!!!!
Walking home from the match, popped into the pub before my train and saw this little number. Seems perfect for my 100th Review.
Vessel: 425ml Schooner at the Dove & Olive in Sydney.
Appearance: Looks lager like. Pale Golden, thick tight white head that does disappate somewhat. Slight chill haze to the beer, but mostly filtered.
Aroma: Vanilla and cream notes. Kinda like Vanilla ice cream
No hop smell or bitterness
Taste: Insane! Like a vanilla milkshake alright! Sweet vanilla dominates the overall flavour. Its on point. Does taste like Vanilla ice cream. A touch of milkyness (normal milk, from a cow, None of that nut milk nonsense! A bit sugary.
Feel: Medium body, slightly creamy like a Vanilla ice cream beer should taste I guess. Decent carbonation.
Overall:
It's something different. Does taste like Vanilla ice cream.

The style is perhaps a little sweet but it grow on you. I would suggest drinking as a desert beer. Unusual with heavy vanilla notes and considerable sweetness. Worth a try, but not for the conservative beer lover.
