Bridge Road Brewers have created their own take on a more traditional beer style – India Pale Ale, originally a heavily hopped beer developed for the long haul from England to India by boat.
Bling IPA is a big beer that combines big hop and malt flavour. In making this beer we use speciality malts that provide more body and the reddish colour to work together with the big hop characters. We want to make a beer that not only screams hops but also keeps balance in mind. Try matching this beer with oily, rich and spicy food or simply enjoy it on its own.

Dark copper brown and hazy, you can see swirls of yeast within, no visible carbonation, and topped with two fingers of beige head.
Smells of crème brûlée, toffee, Green leaf, and caramel.
Tastes of orange, crème brûlée, dark and toasted notes, a very balanced taste.
Medium to thick body, moderate carbonation. It's slightly sticky.
I got this one in Chang Mai where I am drinking it July 17, 2017. Very impressive beer from Australia. Dark and toasted notes, overall it's a well-balanced brew.

From bottle, Pours a golden colour with a white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, pine and plenty of hops. Taste is medium sweet leading to a hoppy finish. Nice.

330ml bottle. Bottled 2/9/14. Pours a medium copper colour with a towering off white head which lasted well and left some excellent lacing. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, tropical fruit and malt. Aroma was quite intense on opening the bottle but in the glass shows some restraint. Medium bitterness and light to medium sweetness. Medium bodied, smooth and a gentle bitter finish. Very approachable. 8.
