Copper in color, thin khaki head, smells malty, biscuty and slightly wheaty. Taste is a little yeasty with good wheat notes and some faint fruit and or candi sugars. Carbonation is medium high, aftertaste is faintly boozy but over all well masked for a 9%er, great balanced example of a beer of this style, menu actually says its a "dunkleweizen dopplebock...! Very solid!
