Appearance is a deep copper-brown with a frothy off-white head. Aromas of caramel, molasses, and brown sugar meld nicely with familiar grassy English hops. I faintly smell some diacetyl which is acceptable for the style. Flavor bursts with English malts like those found in the aromas with a medium to medium full but silky mouthfeel. Semi-dry finish is juuuust right so the big malt flavors are not too sweet and moderate hop bitterness dances nicely with all those delicious malt flavors. Drink this one up and often!
