Poured from 750 mL mini-growler into shaker pint glass. JUN 29 2018 stamped on the cap.
A: Pours a clear red with moderate carbonation producing a 1-2 inch white head that gradually settles to a thin skim.
S: Raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, and a hint of cherry.
T: Raspberry, strawberry, and a hint of cherry. Weaker than the aroma was suggesting. Not sour.
M: Light body. Berry sweetness. Not really sour.
D: Started promising with the appearance and aroma, but didn’t deliver where it counts in taste and mouthfeel. Not really a sour. Tweak the recipe and it could be really nice!
