I like the Tarty/Sour yet malty taste to this one.......... it is really good. The relatively high ABV at 7.5 is not apparent in the feel/flavor of this one. You could session this one on a warm summer day, but don't operate any heavy machinery.

Appearance: Arrives amber colored and relatively clear, with a wispy head that doesn't do much in the lacing department
Smell: Honey, stone fruit, banana, clove and coriander
Taste: Overripe stone fruit and honey forward with hints of banana, clove and coriander; surprisingly bitter in the back, with an earthy character
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: An interesting blend of sweeter honeyed and fruit tones with an earthy bitterness; wouldn't get it again, however

On tap at Stacks in Valpo served in a Upland tulip.
Look- A pale slightly hazy yellow with a few centimeters of soapy white foam.
Smell- Fresh lemon zest, banana, clove and cotton candy.
Taste- Lemon zest, melon, floral esters, candy sugar and a hint of tart funk in the finish.
Feel- Slick, slightly tart and refreshing to start with a semi dry finish.
Overall- A refreshing beer that drinks much lighter than the 7.5% abv. I thought it would make a good lawn mower beer unti I saw the abv. so scratch that idea. Make it a patio beer on a warm evening!

A - Glowing orange yellow, clear, with minimal white head. No lacing.
S - Sour hit, a moderately hopped affair, a bit of fruit and funk.
T - Follows the nose, with a dial forward of sour. The hop recedes, and it is acidity, not bitterness, that closes.
M - Moderate acidic bite, but not scouring.
O - A pleasant enough drink, but the flavor seems a bit course.

Aroma is pine, spices and a hint of grapefruit/citrus. The flavor is citrus, spices, grapefruit, hops, malts, mild dark fruit/grapes and a mix of funk and slightly dry in the finish.
