The ale is slightly hazy amber, has an off-white head that settles unevenly, no lacing.
The smell is malty and sweet, honey, apples, pears and nuts.
The taste starts sweet digestive crackers, honey, then ripe apples, bitter nuances as grass and nettles.
Medium carbonation, small intense bubbles, a medium body, a fresh texture, a long dry finish.
Very well done, smooth, comfortable, refreshing, yet a good dry bitterness. As real ale at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, Sweden.
