Unusual for a liquorice beer not to be a stout but the darkness here coming from blackcurrants
this makes a good looking beer especially with the tobacco stained colour big foamy head
also blackcurrant is an element(thought created with roast etc) of a good dark mild
and the aroma has that mild like smell
there is a tiny bit there in the flavour
but the blackcurrant is too much and gives it an awful medicated cought drop element
