I got this at the Delirium Café simply because I needed to see what a carrot beer was. It pours a cloudy light amber color with no head. The aroma is malty and seems to have a vegetable character to it, although that could be all in my head. The flavor does not seem to have any vegetable in it and in fact seems more like a blonde in style. It has a nice sweetness with a good malty profile and a very light body. Not a great beer, but not nearly as bad as I was expecting.
