Pours a light copper color with a fresh off white head and lacing,( looks a little darker than most Citra brews ). Smell is citra fresh and dank with tropical citrus a nice sweet caramel malt background. Taste is very not as good as the nose Citra is prevalent with juicy tropical hops but the malts tend to fight this hop and are equal in the finish. Mouth feel is medium carbonation ver.y little bitterness citra and malts. This brew is great it would be superb if the malts were < , still a great showcase of the Citra Hop

Clear coppery-gold with a finger of sticky looking, off-white head. Whiffs of big sweet caramel malts, candided citrus and tropical fruits. The sweet malts are there on the tongue but not as huge as the nose led. A great base for those big hops with plenty of juicy citrus, a bit grassy, nice oily bitterness that builds. A bit of sweet tropical fruit but mostly tangy, sweet citrus. Medium body, medium-low carbonation. Fantastic. My kind of IPA. <3 u Ryan.

A solid ipa that represents the citra hop well. Tropical fruits and citrus show. Fairly hoppy. Decent amount of bitterness. Good, but not my favorite ipa from town hall.

Out of a growler
Look: Very clear Amber
Smell: Classic Citra citrus aroma that faded quickly
Taste: Citrus grapefruit and pineapple with a delightful nectar natural sweetness throughout the entire experience.
Feel: Not a lot of carb, a resin coating stuck to the roof of my mouth.
Overall: This batch is stellar. It's right there with my favorite MN IPAs. Simply an elite single hop Citra IPA.

Off the charts tasty, both nitro and CO2. Hoops at his best. Needs to be a more frequently brewed beer!

Pours the color of grade A maple syrup, 1 finger of soapy white head dissipates within a minute or two, spotty lacing in the Fiddlehead tulip.
Aroma is of a classic Citra bomb: nice tropical fruit goodness, a touch floral, the malt plays a supporting role in the backdrop.
Starts out bright and bouncy with the juicy citrus flavors, then reduces to a slightly bitter oily aftertaste which is meant to be washed away with another quaff of the juicy blast, on and on.
Somewhat lower level of carbonation gives it a lighter mouthfeel, easy drinking.
Solid offering, especially for those who favor the qualities of the Citra hop, definitely recommend this one.
