Slightly hazed copper. Minimal beige head. The lacing is sparse. Aroma is of candied malts, honey, apricot/nectarine pulp and fresh Belgian yeast. On the palate, a nice biscuity malt base is recognized first...just barely before the apricot nectar coats the mouth. Then honeyed malts and a little caramel come into the picture. Flavorful and very thirst quenching. I built up quite a thirst today on the gridiron, then mowing and finally swimming and this hits the spot. Medium bodied at best and lightly carbonated, but nonetheless, palate cleansing. I don't think the growler will last long.

ambrosia...belgian yeast & apricot nectar
clear, pale apricot appearance.., slim white head....
soft aromatics, light hops, freshly fruity....nice, but fairly quiet...
created as a summertime refresher...does the trick...easy drinker, simple, tasty, not too challenging...little aftertaste...not quite memorable, but perfect for the dog days of August, you've got to admit it...
goes down nice and smooth, a certain wheaty feel in the texture, but the body is light...nice little tang...lip-smacking...light and lovely...taste-alicious.
