Had this while picking up a handful of growlers recently. Served in a snifter.
A: Dark amber gold hue. Small amount of dirty white lace. Not much lace.
S: Tart cherry mixed with modest pale malt and a hint of hops. Some earthiness. The cherry dominates though.
T: Great tart cherry flavor. Some modest caramel malt and a bit of faded hops. Pie crust and a hint of vanilla. Tastes like cherry pie for sure.
M: Medium body. Very light carbonation.
O: This was a joy to drink. I begged them to fill a growler for me. Sadly I was shot down.

Pours a pale gold color with a minimal head and a touch of lace.
Pale malt scent with some lightly sour cherry.
The overall flavor tastes just like cherry pie. Mildly tart cherries, the malt is pretty light and acts as a pie crust flavor if you will. The cherries make up the flavor in this one. I'm not a huge cherry beer fan, thus the lower score. I could definitely see higher scores for people that love cherry beers.
Smooth feel, lighter carbonation.

Pours 1/2 finger of off-white head. Fades to a ring. Leaves some splattered lace. Color is a dark ruby hued copper orange.
Aroma: The cherries are very apparent here. Very sweet, like cherry pie filling. The beer is sweet in general. Some caramel malts and sugar show. The malts don't stick out that much. The cherries dominate the nose, even though it is kind of muted.
Taste: Cherries up front again, but the malts show more here. Caramel and biscuit flavors. Kind of dry. It finishes with earthy, grassy hops.
Mouthfeel: Sweet, dry, and bitter. Medium bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends bitter and hoppy.
Overall, much better than Raspberry Don. Easier drinking and more enjoyable. The cherries was a better choice I think. A lot going on with this beer. I like it.
