Pours a half finger of pink hued white head. Color is a raspberry pink.
Aroma: fresh raspberries and coconut. Macaroon cookie flavor. Kinda of sweet. A bit like a mounds bar.
Taste: pretty much like the nose but more raspberries and more sweetness. The coconut and mounds flavors come through at the end.
Mouthfeel: sweet, crisp, and clean. Lighter bodied with a bit higher amount of carbonation. Ends clean.
Overall, a decent infusion that was easy to drink but it really didn't wow me. Still enjoyable.

10 oz pour on tap into a snifter.
A- One finger pink white head, reddish pink color, slightly murky/cloudy, nice lacing and retention.
S- The aroma is really nice, sweet fresh raspberries upfront, some coconut and marshmallow.
T- The taste is not as good as the aroma but still pretty nice, big raspberry notes upfront, slight coconut, marshmallow, fruity sweetness.
M- Light mouth feel, well carbonated, fizzy, clean finish.
O- Overall this is a solid beer, really easy drinking, nice fresh raspberry taste, not as good as the past Macaroon infusions, but still enjoyable.
