Served on tap at the brewpub, this pours a hazy orange color, with a substantial white head that gradually subsides, leaving some fine white lacing on the glass. The smell is sweet, citrussy and spicy(this beer has-atypically-orange peel in it and it really comes through in the smell). The taste is mildly sweet, with a burst of citrussy orange flavor and spice from the coriander. There is a crisp wheaty flavor as well, which balances the more fruity flavors nicely. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing and this interesting variation of a Saison Ale seems to go down effortlessly out on the(pub's) patio on a warm summer evening.
