This beer is a mixed fermentation Flanders style sour beer, soured in oak barrels for over 1 year with raspberries.

6 oz draft pour at Lures Bar & Grille. Pours a cloudy reddish brown with a small head. Aroma and flavor feature oak, tannins, red berries, hint of vanilla, light barnyard funk, and lightly sweet malt (hint of caramel). Plenty of acidity, right on the verge of mouth-puckering. Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated, dry, and has a hint of oaky astringency. Really, really good beer. This is basically a perfect style example IMO.
