Look: Pale yellow - almost pilsner-ish.
Smell: Lemony and wheat - not a whole lot to the smell of this one.
Taste: Makes us for the lack of smell. A lot of coriander with a little bit of citrus. It was actually pretty spicy for a wheat beer.
Feel: Pretty thin and dry. Went down pretty easy.
Overall: A good summer beer for sure. Nothing really stands out - a pretty average wheat beer.

Firstly, this beer may have been renamed, but the one I have in front of me is "Vacation Wheat Ale," whereas no beer called "Summer" exists in the brewery's repertoire.
It's an extremely pale beer, a lightly hazed bright white gold. The head is pure white and a battle seems to wage between spritz and fluff. It stays at a strong half finger or so, while bubbling from the bottom glass helps it to hold up. Lacing consists of some spottiness and some patchiness together.
Wheat definitely sets itself as the backbone, very distinctive from any other grains with a somewhat crackery note. A lemony twang is secondary, and there's a very light note of spiciness to it as well. I'm guessing what makes this beer a hybrid American Wheat-Belgian Wit is simply the addition of Belgian yeast.
It's a little more floral up front, still founded on a backbone of wheat but with more tangy lemon coming out on the tongue, a bit more coriander, some very light bubble gum-type notes, and even a peppery sort of bite on the very end. Very little of the tropical fruits advertised come out, but it's solid beer for sure. It's very light without being weak and very refreshing as well.
It's quite crisp up front in its light body but there's a depth to it. Carbonation skirts the line toward high but stays in a good range. A fluffy kind of smoothness begins each sip and follows all the way through.
