330ml bottle poured into tulip glass
L - golden, hazy, pours a huge white frothy head. Rather than shrinking, the head is actually growing over the past 5 mins.
S - more floral than herbal smells and a hint of lemon, with an earthy, musty backdrop. Not too odourous
T - sweetish malts up front, with noted sour fruits (grapefruit/lemon) flavours towards the finish. Interesting sour and very bitter note towards the end.
M - lighter bodied and well carbonated for style.
O - not sure Im 100% with the lighter bodied style of this saison, but the extra hops matches the traditional saison sourness quite well. Like a hybrid ipa/saison
