A: Dark ruby with a tall and very fine head, this looks much like a well-made lambic
S: yoghurt, and not the plain one, but the one with bifidus bacteria, mixed with some burnt plastic or burnt rubber; not very pleasant
T: super sweet, lactose all over, on top of a very feint medicinal type of bitterness; not sure where the blackberries are
M: soft, very little carbonation, medium body
O: a beer that is very confusing to the senses, and not in a good way.
