Description:
Traditional warm fermented farm house Saison with added spiciness and bite from conditioning on adjuncts from the Gin distillation process. A rustic brew, but more refined in flavor then the Honey Hooch. This beer should finish dry. NS hopes to find some wild juniper wood to add to brew imparting slight additional bitterness not from hops.
