A: Slightly hazy copper color. Pooured a on finger off-white head that dissipated to a skim around the edges. Thin rings of lace all the way down.
S: Slghtly sweet bready malt and crackers. Floral and bitter hops.
T: Bready wholesome malt flavor. Slightly peppery hops in a crisp finish.
M: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Sharp bitter finish cleans up well.
D: Very drinkable. Not surprised its the main-stay.

This is the main beer of this little brew-pub in downtown Gunnison.
Pint arrives a dark copper cloudy body under a nice one-and-a-half finger off-white head that lasts to the bottom of the glass, leaving nice lace rings for each drink line. Lovely beer.
Smell is cracker malt, toasted white bread, a hint of buttery diacetyl, yeasty bread dough, some spicey floral hops.
Taste is spicey and peppery, a solid warm malt base with a crisp dry hoppy finish. Mmmmm.
Really excellent mouthfeel, round and full, with soft carbonation.
Really very drinkable: this is certainly sessionable.
Overall, spot on for an ESB and nice for a session, as a real ESB should be. A surprising and delicious beer from this surprisingly good little spot!
