This is one the best BC hefes up there with GI and Hugos. The beer is a pretty hazy finish with a real strong clove/banana nose. The beer continues in the same vein with the first sip but really impressed me was the good acid on the finish. You feel a sense of construction that the best Hefes have rather than a watery attack that is common in NA versions. The beer is both a patio quencher and a sipper due the complexity of flavours in the finish. I detected notes of ginger, apricot and of course the wonderful banana esters.
