A fairly new style of beer, Wheat Wine is unique and not brewed by many breweries. The concept comes from a Barley Wine, except it is brewed with the majority of the grain being wheat. This contributes to a really silky mouthfeel with lots of body. The addition of BC Wildflower Honey adds a layer of complexity that gives a fresh honey aroma mixed with vanilla and slightly earthy/floral notes. The honey is 100% local and comes from the Honeybee Centre.
