The base of this beer is our Award-Winning Oatmeal Stout rested in Kentucky Rye Barrels. It was then blended into fresh Oatmeal Stout and a Brown Ale to become Hollow Leg. Hollow Leg releases aromas of dark chocolate, oatmeal, rye bread, and a complex assortment of dried fruits and nuts. The creamy oats and spicy rye make for a deliciously complex but approachable Barrel-Aged Stout.
