This Belgian Pale poured a lovely golden color with a nice white head, but it left quite quickly. The nose was really sweet, honeyish along with some yeast. The taste was very moderate in my opinion. There was a honeyish note in it along with some pale malts that seemed to lack any real recognizable flavor. The body was also a little thinner than I would have liked. A floral hop flavor comes in towards the middle and saves this beer. Yeast is there the whole time but never really dominates. As it warmed more estery fruit flavors came forth. Alcohol hides well. Dry finish. There are better beers at Founder's to choose from.
