Kolsch with lemongrass, chamomile, and fresh ginger. On as a taproom only at Founders. Not much of the featured ingredients come though in the smell. On taste, the chamomile (I think) comes first, with that herbal/medicinal/menthol thing. The ginger comes later and hangs on. I'm not a fan of the chamomile myself, but I appreciate the effort. One and done for me, but certainly qualifies as a unique taste experience.
