On tap at the brewery. Red amber body. Smells of caramel malt. A hint of pine. Tastes mostly of caramel malt. Pretty sweet. Faint pine and that spruce perfumey flavor. It’s a very light flavor, though. Medium body. Where’s the spruce?? I really expected more of a bold spruce flavor. I don’t think I would even know it was there if I hadn’t known.

The taste of the 2018 batch is not nearly as good as the first batch.
