Cask conditioned Red's Rye on cinnamon & apple chips. Cinnamon bomb on the nose, very little hop character left at this point - smells more like a cinnamon apple pie. It's a different story on the palate - much more subdued (but still present) cinnamon & apple along with ample resinous, grapefruity hops & earthy rye. Weird but pretty tasty.
