An awesome collaboration between our Brewmaster Jeremy and his buddy Joan from Mahou San Miguel. They took a simple malt bill and decided feature Comet hops grown by our friend and master hop grower Eric Desmerais. Comets have been around since 1975, and are now starting to regain popularity in the craft beer world. Expect lots of citrus and tropical fruits, some melon, and a hint of pine character.

Clear slighty hazy gold that resembles honey a little bit. Looks really nice for a cask ale.
Smell is very sweet like jam almost. The currant is pretty strong and is the only thing you can smell. Still not bad. Think there is a bit of the pepper.
Taste is pretty good. Sweet currant with a light hop note. Pepper flavor but no burn mixes well with currant.
Creamy body and feels light. Not bad for a unique beer but not for the style.
Overall, weird but interesting and worth a go.
