Appearance: On tap at the brewery. Served in a pint glass. Copper color with a fluffy off white head. Nice sticky lacing develops around the glass with good retention on the head.

Smell: Light fruity aroma with some sweetness and a light floral and citrus hop nose.

Taste: Chewy malty base and sweet with flavors of honey. This beer is very fruity and very complex. Fruit flavors of peach, orange and orange blossom sit long in the middle of the flavor. The hop bitterenss is very floral in flavor and lasts through the entire second half of the beer.

Mouthfeel: Very smooth and refreshing on the palate. Slightly watery in a good way and not too sweet nor too dry. Very nice feel.

Drinkability: This is a great session beer in the true sense of the word. Well balanced and very tasty. The fruit flavors are exceptional and unique and the mouthfeel is perfect. There may not be a better session beer in America. I only wish I was closer to this brewery so I could have this beer more often. Well done! You may be tempted to overlook this beer because of it's low ABV. Don't. This is an excellent beer.

Slight crimson, light auburn color. Nice little hop aroma and some malt grain on the aroma but it's fairly light. There's a surprising amount of flavor in this beer. A little sweetness, somewhat fruity in flavor upfront, which is soon evened out by a slight hop kick. A little rye characteristic forms in the body of this beer and then a nice little bitter finish. This is not a light bodied beer at all for it's abv. Body seems a bit grainy and has a little chewy characteristic to it (maybe yeasty?). Quite surprising. Not a gulper but definitely a session beer. My only complaint is that this beer is priced the same as some of their way higher abv beers which are more flavorful for the most part. But they aren't session material like this one. Really, its a nice beer no joke.
