Quite a hazy marmalade type color with a larger foamy white head. Good maintenance on the head and solid lacing. Smells yeasty and wheaty at first but then the spice really comes out. Bitter orange peel and coriander were what I noticed but I might be wrong. Taste is also strong on the spices. Seem to be quite a few spices in there, good complex spicing. Coriander, lemon grass spice flavor, bitter orange again, some sweeter sugar type spice, I don't know. Solid wit precense. Good moderate wheat flavor. Yeasty phenolics underneath. Sweeter than what I remember last year's version to be, which is good. Long dry, almost grassy finish after the spice flavors wear off. Each sip is enticing and easy drinking. Well done.

bought a growler at the brewery for a camping trip to ludington michigan. ($8.00 refil)
pours a dirty blonde (I had a solid color plastic cup, state parks no glass) but it had a great white head.
the aroma is wheaty, citrus, spicy.
the flavor is wheaty, citrus i would say lemon, spicy, hint of hops.
this is an easy drinking beer, light and refreshing.

Reminiscent of OJ in appearance. Obviously unfiletered with a little white head and no lacing.

Corriander, wheat, lemon, orange, and a hint of carbonation fill the nose.

Big on the corriander and big on the belgian yeast. Ripe orange marmalade flavors. Very yeasty. Not my type of brew but a good belgian wit representation. Carbonated long finish.
