Served on tap at the Detroit pub. Light caramel colored liquid with a little cap of white bubbles. Aroma is cracker, biscuit, pepper, and floral notes. Flavor is cracker, white bread, floral and earthy hops with spicy poblano pepper spiked throughout. Heat is warm without becoming overwhelming, with the poblano contributing sweet and vegetal notes.
