Very nice new barrel-aged IPA sampled on tap at Founders. Looks amazing, nice deep copper color with mild head and sheets of lingering lacing that just lasts and lasts. Smells mainly of floral hops with a little bourbon, but tastes of citrus zest hops more than the floral hops, as well as bourbon, wood, caramel, vanilla and malt. Very well-balanced. Smooth mild mouthfeel with just a hint of creaminess. Just the right amount of carbonation. Nicely done!
