Very nice imperial IPA that was so easy to drink it felt like a regular IPA. Tried this one on tap at Founders. Clean golden color with just a little lingering white head and spotty lacing. Smells of fruity zest hops, malt, vanilla and caramel. Tastes mainly of citrus fruit zest hops with a trace amount of bitterness, a sweeter malt backbone, malt, vanilla and caramel. Smooth thin mild mouthfeel, good carbonation. Kept forgetting it was an imperial IPA since the higher ABV was so well-hidden.
