Brewed with a variety of crystal,caramel and specialty malts. This seasonal English Strong Ale features warm gingerbread flavors, sweetened with dark honey from bees in the D and aged in bourbon barrels.

Pours a dark brown with ruby hues, with a finger of off white head that dissipates to a decent island after a moment. Aroma is gingerbread, toasted malt, and earth hop. Taste follows suit. Very much gingerbread flavored with an earthy or funky hop aftertaste. Feel is oily and not at all thick. Decent beer.
