A Belgian style Quad aged for one year in Brandy barrels. Sweet and candy like aroma and flavor with a warming finish.

Pours a beautiful cola caramel with a finger of oatmeal colored foam reducing quickly to a substantial ring and sticky lacing. Nose is burnt sugar, toast, and corn. Taste follows suit with a sugary sweet overtone followed by a toasted malt and earthy undertone. Feel is thick and oily. Very good beer.
