Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a brilliant copper color. Suspended yeast is visible. It is topped with a short-lived beige head that leaves a little lacing.
Intense ginger aroma. Once my booger factory recovers from the initial shock, I start to smell some spicy rum and even a little guava.
The ginger dominates the flavor. Each sip envelops my senses even more. I get the underlying rum. The guava is buried under the mountain of ginger flavor.
Medium bodied with a syrupy mouthfeel
Ginger overload. My goodness. It's just too much for this guy.
