It's sweet, sour, and salty peach. I love this style of beer. It's not for everyone but it is difficult for me to find something for refreshing. I recommend all the green zebra beers

Pleasantly surprised by this one...

I am not much of a Gose fan, but this one might be my most favorite one to date. The very clear, yellow colored brew had a head that didn't last long, but the scent of peaches and hops - blended well - made up for it. Mouthfeel was light, crisp, and lightly astringent. The taste was mostly peachy and slightly salty, and it wasn't sickly sweet either. Not sure what I was going to get with this, but it ended up being way better than I expected.

Green Zebra - Peach pours a bronze color with a larger, long-lasting, lacing head. The aroma has a mild peach note. The flavor is sugary and sweet, with hints of peach, not overpowering, and nice and enjoyable. The feel is just slightly flat, but good overall. It is a nice, mellow beer, easy to drink, a bit sweeter, and just pleasant.

Its not easy being green. And that's why Founders sour ale series dabbles also in the just peachy golden hues. Straying from its strict watermelon roots and going more the orchard, this Green Zebra is now a peaches.

Peach Green Zebra pours an fairly typical pale golden color with mild mannered haze. As a light and fluid froth builds at the rim, its aromas are succulent with peach, melon, citrus, tropical fruit, tinge of sourness and the brisk scent of grain, burlap and sea must. Its taste is delicate with sourdough, wafer and a simple sweetness of taffy.

As the candied sweetness begins to fade, the sourness builds and brings the tartness of dry cider, white wine, orange, and apricot. While the peach flavor leads in taste, its weight is moderate as it blends in with natural, citrus, stone fruit and tropical fruit impressions quite seamlessly. A hint of brine and delicate fruit perfume round out the session with a gentle salinity that serves to brighten the taste and to provide roundness to the session.

Lightly dusty and trailing with a hint of burlap, the medium bodied sour ale retains a soft pillow of sourdough and saltwater taffy that balances the sourness even in a quick finish of brine and melon. Crisp, refreshing and highly drinkable, the beer trends cleaner than traditional Gose but certainly not a fruity as many on the current market. Founders shows tremendous restraint for a truly artful expression on the palate.

12 oz. can, canned 03/21/23, I'll admit I've had this sitting in the fridge for a minute now, acquired as part of a mixed six pack at the local Binny's. Wasn't too fond of the others I tried, so here goes..

Poured to Central Waters snifter.
A: Pours a nice crisp golden, good finger's worth of white frothy head. Some ok scattered lacing. Carbonation is apt. Points for appearance, at least.
S: Notes of overripe green apple, orchard, red delicious apples. Lots of apple. Faint indiscernable peach aroma? It actually does have a bit of a typical gose aroma at times, I can smell the sea salt, if there is indeed sea salt in this.
T: Yeah, no. Not doing it for me. Super appley, like biting into a way overripe apple you've had on your counter for weeks. Cidery is the best way to describe this.
F: Feel is sticky, sweet, syrupy.

Sadly, these have all been drain pours for me.

Cloudy gold appearance.
Slightly light body and about average for carbonation.
Aroma is peaches, peach juice, some cereal and grain in the background.
Taste is basically a pretty decent beer and some nice peach juice mixed together.
I enjoyed it and would have it again

Poured a 12 oz. can into a pint glass. A cloudy any-beer USA lager-yellow emerged with a 2-inch white head. Visually, the only hope comes from the cloudy body, which frequently denotes actual fruit substance. The nose has some appeal... peach and grassy notes prevail. The taste... yes, it tastes peachy. Unfortunately, it tastes like sour, unripe peaches, the kind you avoid eating until July and August, when the fruit starts to ripen on the tree. This, in a nutshell, is the problem with light, fruity beers produced for the heat of summer... they are produced at a time of year when fresh ripe fruit is unavailable. The feel is a puckered mouth from unripened fruit. Overall... i'll pass. Glad I only bought a single can.
