I got this in the green zebra variety pack. I did not think I would enjoy it but I was wrong. It has sour pineapple and citrus notes on the nose. The palate is subtle pineapple with citrus and a touch of salt. It's really refreshing and a beer I could drink all the time.

Interesting that this one is so much different from the peach...
...so much so it is not as good. It's not bad, but it certainly is not as balanced than the peach, and I love pineapple. It is more of a sour from what meets your nose and what assails your tongue. It is heavy on astringent feel, so much that it detracts from the overall experience. I'm sure there are some that will enjoy this - someone that enjoys sours...

Green Zebra - Pineapple pours a golden color with a small, long-lasting head. The aroma is very sweet, candy pineapple notes, much like a sweet ice pop. The flavor is sweet, with a candy-like pineapple flavor. Good feel. Overall, a very sweet, candy-like beer.

Very sour taste like a green pineapple soaked and cheap beer. With grass cutting.

Its not easy being green. And that's why Founders sour ale series dabbles also in the golds and yellows. Straying from its watermelon roots and going more tropical, this Green Zebra is now a pineapple.
Pineapple Green Zebra pours an unassuming pale golden color with only a hint of cloudiness. As a light and fluffy head builds on the beer, its aromas are captivating with pineapple, fruity melon, a tinge of sourness and the briskness of grain, must and sea air. Its taste is delicate with sourdough, wafer and a simplistic sweetness of hard candy.
As the jolly rancher sweetness begins to fade, the sourness builds and brings with it the tartness of dry cider, white wine, gooseberry and kiwi. While the pineapple fruit flavor is paramount in taste, its effect are moderate as it blends in with the other, more natural, fruit impressions quite seamlessly. A taste of brine and delicate perfume round out the session with a gentle salinity that serves to brighten the taste and to provide roundness to the session.
Lightly musty and trailing with a hint of burlap, the medium bodied sour ale retains a soft pillow of sourdough and saltwater taffy that balances the moderate sourness even in its quick finish of earthen brine and melon. Crisp, refreshing and highly quaffable, the beer trends cleaner than traditional gose but certainly not a fruity as many on the current market. Founders shows tremendous restraint for a truly artful expression on the palate.

Pale gold appearance.
Medium light carbonation with about an average body. Some salty feel that lingers in the aftertaste and effects the feel but not in a negative way.
Aroma is pineapple juice as well as fresh fruit and also the skin itself. Theres some malt and cereal but way in the background.
Taste is very similar to aroma, sweet but not overly so.
Overall it delivered on what it promised and was great after hours doing chores in a hot garage

Look: Cloudy yellow. 2 finger white head. It looks okay but reminds me of juvenile pranks.
Smell: A faint bit of pineapple, and mild hops. Not much to it, really.
Taste: The overriding initial taste is of pineapple, with grains and a hoppy lagerless forward, but it all fades into nothing but sour on the aftertaste. It is of course, a gose beer.
Feel: Decent, neither too watery or too sticky, although the sour aftertaste can fool your mouth into thinking it is a bit stickier.
Overall: It's not my style, but if you're looking for a sour fruit light ABV summer thist quencher, this could be a candidate.
Glad I only bought a single in a mixed six pack.
